Allpass Filter Node

Standard allpass filter, lets all frequencies through, but changes the phase-relationship between the various frequencies.

Inputs

Audio The Audio line to which the filter is applied.
Frequency-control A Control input to automate the Frequency setting, in Hz, from 10 Hz to the Nyquist frequency. This input can be toggled from the Node settings panel.
Q-control A Control input to automate the Q setting, from 0.0001 to 1000. This input can be toggled from the Node settings panel.

Settings

Frequency The frequency with the maximal group delay (where the center of the phase transition occurs), in Hz.
Q Controls how sharp the transition is at the medium frequency. The larger this parameter is, the sharper and larger the transition will be.
Filter order Sets the order of the differential equation describing the filter. This essentially controls how many times the filter is applied.

Outputs

Audio The filtered audio stream.

Technical details

This Node has exactly 2 samples of latency (equals ~0.0045 milliseconds at 44.1 kHz).
