Multiply Node

Multiplies two values. Besides multiplying two control streams, this node is sometimes used to modulate one audio with another (gain-wise), or as a more compact alternative to the Gain Node (without the control knob). Unlike the Gain Node however, which only supports a mono Control channel as its Gain input, this Node supports multiple channels for both inputs.

Note: this Node currently requires manually specifying the number of input channels. Multiplication is done on a per-channel basis.

Inputs

A First operand.
B Second operand.

Settings

Number of inputs Sets the number of inputs to create on the Node. If set to a number lower than the current number of connections, superfluous connections are automatically cut.

Outputs

Value The multiplication result.

Audio and Control lines (visualized with blue and purple, respectively) are both analogous to an analog signal. They can be used interchangeably, and, for example, an Audio output (blue) can be connected to a Control input (purple), or vice-versa.
